Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your address and order weight.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (confirmed by owner on 2026-10-27). For Zelle orders, processing starts only after the payment is confirmed in our bank account, not after a payment screenshot is sent.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in a plain outer carton with no product description, product images, or brand exposure on the outside. The sender name on the label is XOXOUS only.

Delivery and tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, we may charge re-shipping costs before resending.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the ship-to address, in accordance with applicable state law. Wholesale customers with a valid resale certificate on file may be exempt from sales tax on qualifying resale purchases; exemption applies only after approval and only where the certificate is valid.
