By accessing or purchasing from xoxo-us.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

1. Age restriction — 21+ only

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from this store, even if the age of majority in your state is 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may cancel orders that we reasonably believe are placed by someone under 21.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe products, materials, sizes and functions accurately, but colours may vary slightly on screen, and minor specification changes by the manufacturer may occur. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). At launch we accept manual payment methods only: Zelle and Cash on Delivery (local delivery / pickup only). Orders are not shipped until Zelle payment is confirmed in our bank account. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Wholesale accounts

Wholesale prices are available only to approved wholesale customers. Approval requires registration, tax identification information, and a valid resale certificate — the same New York Form ST-120 for both NY and non-NY purchasers: NY purchasers fill Part 1 (NY Certificate of Authority number), non-NY purchasers fill Part 2 (home-state sales-tax registration number, no NY Certificate of Authority needed). New York does not accept other states' exemption certificates for New York sales tax. Registration alone does not grant wholesale pricing. We may suspend or revoke wholesale access if information is inaccurate or terms are breached.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship in discreet, plain outer packaging with no product description or brand exposure on the outside. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns and defects

See our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned unless defective or wrong.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, and not to resell products in a way that misrepresents them as your own brand.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
