Apply for Wholesale Pricing — Open the Application Form

Fill in the form once, sign electronically, and the system will automatically generate your signed New York Form ST-120 and send it for manual review. Use the same business email as your store account. The form is hosted on our application server; on first load it may take up to about 50 seconds to wake up — please wait and do not resubmit.

Wholesale at XOXOUS — How It Works

XOXOUS is primarily a wholesale store. If you are not logged in, you will see retail prices. Once your wholesale account is approved and you log in, you will see wholesale prices and can order directly on this site. Follow the 6 steps below.

Step 1 — Create an account

Register an account on xoxo-us.com with your business email. At this stage you can browse the store and see retail prices, but wholesale prices are not shown yet.

Step 2 — Submit your wholesale application

Use the black Apply for Wholesale Pricing button at the top of this page to open the application form.

Prepare and submit the following information:

• Company legal name and company address
• Contact person, email and phone
• EIN
• Certificate of Authority number (New York purchasers) or home-state sales-tax registration number (purchasers outside New York)
• Resale certificate: New York Form ST-120 — Part 1 for New York purchasers, Part 2 for non-New York purchasers
• Product category: Adult products
• Single purchase or Blanket certificate (tick one)
• E-signature, printed name, title and date

Tick whether you are a New York purchaser or a non-New York purchaser on the form. Both use the same ST-120 form — only the part you fill in is different. New York does not accept other states' exemption certificates for New York sales tax.

Step 3 — We review your application manually

Every application is reviewed by us — approval is not automatic. We check your company details and resale certificate. We will contact you by email once a decision is made. Registration alone does not grant wholesale pricing.

Step 4 — Log in and see wholesale prices

Once approved, log in with your account. You will now see wholesale prices instead of retail prices, and your account will be marked for tax exemption where your certificate is valid.

Step 5 — Order on the site yourself

Browse by category — Sucking, Tongue-Licking, Wearable & Kegel, Mini & Handheld — add the items you need to your cart, and check out on the site. You do not need to email us for every order.

Step 6 — Pay, then we ship

At launch we accept Zelle and Cash on Delivery (local delivery only) as manual payment methods. For Zelle orders, we ship only after the payment is confirmed in our bank account — not from a screenshot. You will receive an order confirmation email when you order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. All orders ship in a plain outer carton with no product description on the outside.

Need to reorder? Log in and place a new order the same way. For defective goods only, see our Refund Policy: wholesale orders are final sale once sold, except for defective or damaged units within 30 days of delivery, with our written authorisation.
